These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RE On Autopilot ("the Platform"), operated by Southern Solutions Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
The Platform is for licensed real estate agents. By registering, you confirm that you hold a valid real estate license in at least one U.S. state and that the information you provide is accurate.
Each account belongs to one agent. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at patrick@southernsolutionsconsulting.com if you suspect someone else has used it.
Your records are stored in a private space for your account only. Other agents cannot see them. When you ask for help, we may open your account to support you. Every support visit is recorded in our audit log.
You can sign up without a credit card. After we set up your account, you get a 30-day free trial with full use of the Platform. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you decide not to keep the Platform, you owe nothing.
Billing starts when you choose to keep the Platform at the end of your trial. Monthly plans renew each month for the 12-month term. Annual plans are paid once for the year and are not refundable. A locked founding rate ends if the subscription lapses or is cancelled.
If your trial ends without a purchase, or your subscription ends, your access stops and we hold your records for 30 days. You can restore your account during those 30 days for a $50 reactivation fee. After the 30 days, we delete your records, and a new account starts over with setup.
Your records belong to you. You can download all of them at any time from Settings, Download All My Data, as a spreadsheet plus your receipt photos and documents. If we ever discontinue the Platform, we will give you at least 60 days' notice so you can download everything first.
Active subscribers who refer a new paying agent receive a $100 credit on a future bill. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
The Platform uses AI services from Anthropic and OpenAI to read receipt photos and commission schedules, draft newsletter text and report summaries, and create newsletter photos. You are responsible for reviewing anything AI drafts before you use or send it, and for following your brokerage's policies, state real estate rules and fair housing laws. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI output.
Newsletter emails are sent from your own email account. The current sender requires classic desktop Outlook on a Windows computer. You are responsible for having permission to email your contacts and for honoring unsubscribe requests, as required by U.S. commercial email rules.
Commission figures, expense summaries, mileage logs, tax reports and quarterly tax estimates are based only on the information you enter. They are record-keeping and planning tools, not tax, legal or financial advice. Tax estimates are federal only and leave out items such as other income, deductions and credits. Check them against your brokerage statements and consult a licensed tax professional before filing.

The Platform, including its design and code, is owned by Southern Solutions Consulting. Your records, contacts and content belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southern Solutions Consulting's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Platform. You may end your subscription at the end of your agreement term by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will email active users about material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
